Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations of bookings for excursions must be done the latest before 17h00 of the previous day respectively, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement of the reservation for logistical reasons.
2. The clients that do not show for the walks or tours are charged full price.
3. The excursions can be cancelled or altered for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, landslides or for the safety and well being of our guests.
4. The driver-guide can change the route or the order of the breaks for exceptional reasons beyond our control or for forced circumstances and for the safety of our travellers.
